Terms of service

PDF Logic is operated by Appzotech Enterprises Pvt Ltd (“Appzotech”, “we”, “us”), a company with its office at A-65, 2nd Floor, Indra Park, Masudabad, Metro Pillar No. 91, Najafgarh, Delhi 110043, India. “You” means anyone who uses the site.

By using PDF Logic you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You may use every tool on PDF Logic free of charge and without an account, for personal, educational or commercial work.

The site, its software and its guides belong to Appzotech or to the people who license them to us. The files you bring remain yours.

When you use PDF Logic, you agree to the following.

• Only process files you have the right to use. That means files you own, or files you have permission to copy, convert or change.
• Use Unlock PDF only on files you are authorized to change. It removes a password you already know. Do not use it to get around protection that someone else placed on a document.
• Do not upload unlawful or harmful material. This includes content that is illegal to hold or share, and files built to damage or probe the service.
• Do not overload the service. No bulk automated requests, scraping, or attempts to get around size and usage limits.
• Do not break in. Do not try to reach parts of the service, or other people’s data, that are not meant for you.
• Do not copy or resell the service. Do not reverse engineer it or offer it as your own, except where the law gives you that right.

We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Your files stay yours. We claim no ownership of anything you process, and you remain responsible for what the files contain.

Some tools run entirely in your browser and never upload your file. Others upload it to our server, process it and delete the temporary copy when the job finishes. Each tool page says which applies, and the privacy policy explains what is recorded.

Keep your original file until you have checked the result.

The tools are automated. A converted document can differ from the original in layout, fonts or tables, text recognition can misread characters, and compression can reduce image detail. Check the output before you rely on it, especially for contracts, filings and anything with numbers.

Sign PDF places a visible signature on the page. It does not add a certificate-based digital signature.

Our guides are general information about working with files. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice.

PDF Logic does not show ads at the moment. If advertising is introduced on guide pages, it will be labeled, and we will not control which ads appear or the sites they lead to. Guides also link to other websites where that helps you. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

PDF Logic is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Appzotech gives no warranty, express or implied, that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, Appzotech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, documents or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may change, pause or withdraw a tool, and the site may be unavailable during maintenance or an outage.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using PDF Logic after a change, the new terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Delhi, India have jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or your use of PDF Logic.
